14 DAY TRIAL // It was bound to happen: after taking herself in and being transported to the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Lindsay Lohan had to have her mugshot taken for her booking papers – and it’s already online. Dressed in an orange jumpsuit and incredibly tanned, the actress seems to be smirking at the camera, TMZ says.
Somehow, celebrity mugshots always find their way online sooner or later, where they go into heavy circulation for reasons that, one may assume, need no explaining. In Lohan’s case, it only took a couple of hours for her booking photo to hit the web, which speaks volumes for the kind of interest her sentencing and the subsequent surrender have generated, if further proof was still necessary.
“TMZ has obtained Lindsay Lohan’s brand new mug shot – in which she’s dressed in an orange jumpsuit and cracking a smirk. The photo was taken moments after Lindsay arrived at the Lynwood Correctional Facility to begin her 90-day jail sentence. According to her booking sheet, Lindsay checked in at 5’6” and weighs 118 lbs,” TMZ says in a post accompanying Lindsay’s mugshot. Another thing that easily stands out is the fact that Lohan’s lips seem fuller, which could mean she had something injected in them shortly before making the court appearance, other US glossies say.
In other, happier Lindsay Lohan news, at least one person on Twitter and his or her 5,660+ followers see the star’s legal problems for their funny side. An account was created on the popular social networking site, called LindsayInJail, and it includes only tweets from the fake Lindsay, who managed to hide her phone in a secret part of her body (guessing which that may be is not that hard) and has promised to keep the world in touch with her jail adventure.
