Lindsay Lohan in Mission: Impossible 3

Sexy singer Lindsay Lohan got a part in Mission Impossible 3. Hollywood director JJ Abrams was so impressed with her music that he asked her to play on the movie's soundtrack.

A source close to Lindsay said: "Tom's mightily impressed with her as an all-round package. He wants her to supply high-octane rock music for some of the action sequences of the new film. "She's a great actress and he's signed her up for 'M:I 3' - possibly in a star role".

Lohan says, "I actually met with J.J. Abrams, who is directing (the film). I'm a huge fan of Lost and Alias, so hopefully, we will see what happens. If so, I'll be in training for a few weeks, putting on some muscles".

When asked how she feels about working alongside superstar Tom Cruise, the actress said: "It's kind of an incredible feeling, I'm scared. If I do Mission: Impossible 3 that is going to be so exhilarating. I'm so excited, I just can't wait to do stunts and get all into it". The movie premiere is scheduled for summer 2006.
