14 DAY TRIAL // Dina Lohan and her daughter Lindsay got into a very nasty fight the other night, which resulted in the filing of a Domestic Incident Report. While no arrests were made, an audio released by TMZ confirms just how bad things got before police arrived on the scene.
Coming to add more fuel to rumors that she has a substance abuse problem, Dina allegedly attempted to kidnap Lindsay, made a gash on her leg whilst refusing to go home from the nightclub she’d been partying at until then, and broke her diamond bracelet.
TMZ has audio of the frantic call Lindsay placed to her estranged father Michael, in which she tells him that Dina had been acting very erratically and very violently.

“Dad, she’s on cocaine!” Lindsay is heard at one point saying, literally on the verge of desperation.
She tells Michael the fight started over money, after Dina refused to pay back the $40,000 (€31,123) she had given her so as to “keep her house.”
“She's saying disgusting things to me... I'm dead to her now,” Lindsay further says.
She also claims her mom and a limo driver are taking her to an unknown destination, but seems to pay little heed to Michael’s recommendation of calling 911 because she’s being kidnapped.
Lindsay does say though that Dina had already called the cops, which she dreads because she has to show up to work the next day and doesn’t need further complications.
“Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ... Dina was ‘wasted’ at the nightclub. We're told the fight started when Lindsay wanted to take her limo to her NYC hotel, but Dina wanted to take it to her home in Long Island, to avoid paying for a taxi,” TMZ reports in a previous post.
“Somehow Dina prevailed, over the intense protests of her daughter. We're told Dina scratched Lindsay's leg in the process,” adds the same media outlet.
As noted above, no arrests have been made. Dina has been unavailable for comment on the scandal, but Michael is already telling the press that this is but the final drop in the ocean for his estranged ex, of whom he’d been saying for years she has an substance problem.
