Actress makes public appearance, gets tongues wagging again

For the past couple of years, celebrity pundits have been keeping a very close eye on Lindsay Lohan and the (sometimes not that subtle) things she's been doing to her face. The other day on the red carpet, the actress seemed to be sporting what is known as a classic “pillow face.”

Though she repeatedly denied ever getting any work done, there's no denying that Lindsay is looking very much unlike older herself of, say, 3 years ago.

The Daily Mail believes a multitude of factors contribute to this, Botox and fillers being just two of them.

Check out the photo attached to this article to get a better idea of what the ruckus is all about, showing Lindsay at the other night's television upfronts event for A&E.

Her makeup is bad, her fake tan is botchy and her face appears unnaturally immobile and plump.

“The actress displayed a puffy 'pillow' face, along with unsightly dark eyebrows and a botched blotchy fake tan at the television upfronts event for the A&E US network,” the British publication writes.

“Her lips also looked suspiciously pillow-like as she posed for photographs on the red carpet,” adds the same.

For many months now, there has been a lot of talk online, especially among celebrity bloggers, about how Lohan can stop injecting fillers in her lips, to the point where she's now stuck with a “trout pout.”

“Unfortunately for the Mean Girls star, the flashes from the bank of red carpet photographers only served to highlight the patchy make-up job,” the Mail points out.

As the photo attached will confirm, it does seem that Lindsay's makeup is darker on her forehead compared to the rest of her face.

To give credit where credit is due, at least she looked impeccable from the neck down.

“The actress had clearly made an effort with her dress, stepping out in a black and gold lacy mini dress and spiky heels,” the Mail writes.

As noted above, this is not the first time that Lindsay makes headlines for the apparent work she seems to have had on her face – which is quite a shame considering she doesn't need it: she's just 25 years old.
