Lindsay Lohan Ruins Another Relationship While in Rehab?

What a shocker! It looks like our LiLo is back in heartbreaking, relationship-ruining mode - or perhaps she never stopped being a relationship killer and it was just our imagination which wanted to make us believe that there are still things about her that can be changed. I'm afraid not. Lindsay is making a few great first steps towards reshaping her love life - by ruining yet another relationship.

After checking out of the Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Utah, Lindsay has made no secret of the fact that she is seeing someone - and her boyfriend was soon reveled to be a fellow rehab patient called Riley Van Giles (who is 24 year-old and a snowboarding ace) and who was not only accused of forging prescriptions for the drug Xanax but also spent 10 days in jail for DUI, prior to checking into the Utah rehab center. And while this may look like a match made...well, not in heaven, but you get my point, the truth is that it's not.

In fact, before meeting LiLo, Riley was engaged with a lady called Breanna Tierney and whom he dumped to go after Lohan. And since it's perfectly true that Hell has no fury like a woman scorned, Breanna (or Bree, for short) has given a very juicy interview to the National Enquirer in which she gives us all the goods on how Lindsay stole her fiancé. "Lindsay Lohan stole my fiancé and wrecked my life" she states. "Riley went into rehab to get his life together and in the process meets Lindsay and ruins my life".

The fact is, this is the second relationship whose abrupt end has been attributed to Lindsay Lohan. Less than a month ago, the "Mean Girls" star was at the center of another, equally serious scandal involving musician Tony Allen, 39 and the front man of a rock band called Dead Stays Alive. Allen's wife Stephanie filed for divorce after her husband - who spent some time in the same rehab center as LiLo and reportedly became very close to her - was said to have taken his relationship with Lohan one step further and slept with her while in rehab.

LiLo denied this, of course, but the divorce was filed nevertheless. And now, it's already deja vu with no-longer-engaged Breanna. "I loved Riley and Lindsay stole him. I met her at a meeting while they were still patients at Cirque, and I just knew something was up. She came into the meeting with Riley, and she comes over and sits next to me, being overly nice. She was complimenting me on my hair and trying to be my friend. It didn't seem sincere at all", she states for the Enquirer.

"A few days later, I get a text message from Riley telling me he wanted to 'take a break.' I knew instantly it was because of Lindsay. I've stuck by Riley through the good and the bad. We lived together for three years and planned on being together forever. But when he finally confessed to me that he had sex with Lindsay in one of the stairwells at Cirque - that was it, we were done", she adds.

Well, all this may very well be the bitter ranting of a heartbroken woman, but her story sounds suspiciously like Stephanie Allen's, and it goes to prove that as far as relationships go, LiLo is definitely not to be trusted. I must confess I was rather hoping LiLo was finally settling down and trying to have a nice, normal, no-broken-engagements kind of relationship - but when it comes to matters of the heart, who knows? Maybe she still hasn't met the right guy. But can we at least ask her to look for one in the "singles" section of the charts? Pretty, pretty please?
