Hate her while you can, because everyone's favorite trainwreck, Lindsay Lohan, is making serious plans to seriously move to very serious London. Seriously! After she has been spending her past week in London, bar hopping, Lindsay has decided that London is a really great town and she could live there indefinitely.

The British newspaper, The Sun, is claiming that the troubled actress has already made the first step in her relocation. “Lindsay’s really enjoying being in the U.K. and has told her pals that she’s staying here for good,” an insider reveals.

The actress has previously “graduated” from rehab a record six times, most of the times for drug and alcohol issues, but it seems that the move has a lot to do with the bars in town, which isn't exactly an improvement for her.

Most recently, the actress was spotted partying at a club in Cannes, where it's reported she was paid to make an appearance. However, the one thing they didn't pay her for was to get drunk and start acting outrageously.

Apart from DJ-ing and dancing awkwardly, she also had a weird encounter with her brother, which was a strange mixture between a kiss and a hug, but either way, totally inappropriate. Her brother was there with her to make sure that Lindsay stayed sober, but she proved too much for him right from the start, and got her way as soon as she stepped through the door.

After her latest TV reality series on OWN, under the careful guidance of Oprah, failed miserably in ratings back in the States, Lindsay is looking to expand her influence on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, where she's hoping she's still relevant.

In her mind, this move could be the ticket to revive her failing career in America where people just don't give a damn anymore if she remains sober or not. Latest rumors indicate that the “or not” part is more true these days.

Right now, Lindsay already has her antennas sticking out, searching for a suitable home in London, as well as a starting point for her new career. “Lindsay has also started investigating getting acting work in London,” claims the source.

It seems that London is quickly becoming a refuge for many Hollywood stars as well as famous musicians. Several other big names in the industry are said to be looking for property in or around the British capital. Names like Jay Z and Beyonce, who want an European foothold, as well as a place to raise their daughter, and George Clooney, who is moving across the Ocean to be closer to his future wife, Amal Alamuddin.
