Star has 12 hours to check back in, or an arrest warrant will be issued in her name

The other day, Lindsay Lohan tweeted a photo of herself surrounded by suitcases, saying she’d packed over 200 outfits for the 90 days she’d be away in rehab. As it turns out, she could have skipped the entire process of packing altogether because she walked in and out of the center.

While her attorney was in court, telling the judge and prosecutors that Lindsay had opted for the Morningside Recovery facility in Orange County, California, even though it wasn’t on the list of approved rehabs, she was actually shopping.

In other words, Mark Heller said that she’d already checked in, but she was doing some last-minute shopping. TMZ has photos to confirm it.

Afterwards, Radar Online says, she checked into rehab and walked out just a few minutes later.

“Lindsay first shopped at an electronics store and then fled rehab after she was ‘spooked by the paparazzi,’ when she went into the facility,” the e-zine writes.

It wasn’t just the paparazzi that made her leave but also the sudden realization that she didn’t really “need” the 90-day program after all.

Her fans must already know that she got rehab instead of jail for violating her parole and lying to a police officer in an ongoing investigation, so this isn’t really the kind of thing where she gets to be picky.

“She told people there that she didn’t need rehab. And then she left. Everyone was stunned,” an insider says for Radar.

TMZ reports that Lohan has 12 hours now to check back in rehab or an arrest warrant will be issued in her name.

However, she will most likely have to undergo treatment for addiction at another center, since Morningside doesn’t have a license because it was revoked after a patient suffering from an eating disorder died.

As TMZ puts it, Morningside is not a rehab but a “sober living facility” now.
