Lindsay Lohan Is Penniless, Desperate

What with her high-maintenance lifestyle and the movie offers that stopped coming in a while ago, Lindsay Lohan spent most of her hard-earned fortune. New reports are now saying that Samantha Ronson, the lover she just recently moved in with, has also contributed to the actress’ financial troubles, by making her assume all responsibilities in their romance, including money-related ones.

Lindsay has become accustomed to living the grand life, as they say, and Samantha’s presence only made things that much harder for her. Lohan, it has been said, although a constant name in the tabloid media, is not earning as much as she’s spending, which has made her fortune, accumulated ever since she was just a kid, slowly sweep through her fingers.

“Lindsay is spending like crazy! She’s living on credit right now. She has no cash.” a friend of the star says for the GateCrasher. The same spy reveals that, desperate and broke, Lindsay is now living off Ronson’s money. “The problem is, the money being spent is mostly Sam’s because Lindsay doesn’t really have any of her own at the moment; she’s really taken on the ‘man’ role in their romance. Sam really thinks Lindsay needs to learn how to become a recessionista and manage her money better.” adds the spy.

“Lindsay’s money situation has never been great, but it’s only gotten worse over the last month. For every dollar she makes, she spends double. Her personal appearance fees are literally the only thing keeping her afloat. But here’s the rub: Because of her explosive relationship with Sam, she’s unable to get the type of cash she’s used to. The negative press and constant appearance cancellations are hurting her pocketbook.” another unnamed source agrees, as quoted by the same publication.

If true, this report would corroborate the story that emerged this past weekend, and that said that a desperate Lindsay was looking to get a job as a model since acting was no longer working out for her. As expected, a publicist for Lohan refused to comment on this recent rumor, saying it was not up to him to detail his client’s personal life.
