14 DAY TRIAL // Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 28th birthday in a rather unusual way, getting bruised and scratched while taking a bike ride in New York, that left her legs looking somewhat unsightly, especially in short pants.
The “Canyons” actress has taken to her social media to post a photo of a huge scratch on her thigh, which she claims she got from riding, or rather from falling over from a city bike. The photo of the cut was captioned “A citibike gone wrong #notsoquiche !!!!”
Photos published by Page Six of the star walking around town in New York in a pair of loose shorts, show the real extent of the damage, as well as the actress' thinning frame, which would suggest she's on that weird diet again, the one that had her looking anorexic back in 2007.
From the looks of things, Lindsay is keeping herself quite active, despite the fact that she's enjoying a prolonged period of down time from acting, after her reality show on Oprah's network bombed. The actress has also been linked with a lawsuit this week that has her taking on one of the biggest video games to date to court.
Lindsay is alleging that a certain video game character in Grand Theft Auto V is made after her likeness and this has led her to sue the game maker for big bucks for using her image without permission. In the game, the player is required to aid a Hollywood socialite by the name of Lacey Jones escape the paparazzi.
In her lawsuit, Lohan's lawyers claim that there is an “unequivocal” similarity between their client and the video game character, and they're looking to get big bucks in return. For those of you who don't know, GTA V is one of the biggest and best-selling games in the world today, being the latest installment in the extremely lucrative Grand Theft Auto franchise.
For Lindsay, this isn't even the first time she's tried suing the game developer. Last year in December she fumed that a certain promotional poster for the game was again made after her likeness and demanded that she be reimbursed.
Fans of the game as well as the press analyzed the photo in question which featured a buxom blond in a swimsuit flashing the peace sign while taking a selfie, and found more similarities with the model depicted and Kate Upton than with Lindsay Lohan.
