After she completes her sentence stemming from DUI and cocaine possession charges, Lindsay Lohan will have to go to rehab for three months to deal with the addiction she never admitted to. Though she hoped she’s be given at least one week to spend with her family before going to rehab, TMZ reports that Lindsay will go straight to the UCLA Medical Center to receive help with her meth addiction and psychiatric problems.

As of this moment, the actress remains at the Lynwood facility but she could be released any minute now, with an LA Sheriff’s spokesman pointing out that the star could become a free woman any day after August 1. Regardless of her attorney’s attempts to buy her some family time after jail, Lindsay will head straight to rehab, where she will receive proper help for her addiction to methamphetamines and her bi-polar disorder.

Lindsay was initially supposed to go to the Morningside Recovery Center in Orange County, CA, but the judge presiding her case had a change of heart right after news of Lohan’s whereabouts for the next 3 months got out in the media. Therefore, she is now heading to UCLA, where her psychiatrists wanted her from the very start. “TMZ has learned Judge Marsha Revel had a change of heart after TMZ’s story about Lindsay’s rehab – and now she is headed for treatment at UCLA Medical Center... exactly what her doctors wanted in the first place,” TMZ writes.

“TMZ broke the story Judge Revel had selected Morningside Recovery – despite the fact that the two court appointed psychiatrists along with other medical professionals were not recommending that facility. The shrinks put UCLA in their top four, but it was the facility favored by everyone because the treatment program was perfectly suited for Lindsay’s psychiatric and drug problems. We’re told Lindsay will not be in the psych ward – rather this is an intense specialized program to deal with psychological as well as addiction problems,” the same media outlet goes on to say.

We were also telling you a few days ago that, given the media’s interest in her incarceration, buzz in the tabs has it that Lindsay already has an entire team of stylists ready and at hand, to make her look fabulous for the cameras for when she gets out. After all, Paris Hilton’s 30-second walk from the jail gate to her ride of a few years ago was definitely one of the most mediated events in showbiz – and Lindsay doesn’t want to fall behind, reports say.
