Lindsay Lohan has officially gone back to being a redhead. The star has finished shooting for the Lifetime Elizabeth Taylor biopic “Liz & Dick,” unveiling her new 'do precisely on her 26th birthday.
As her fans must know, until March this year, Lindsay was a blonde. She ditched it by going red again
, in a move that many applauded because, they thought, the color suited her better.
Shortly afterwards, Lohan went a shade darker, as she had to get in character for the role.
As it turns out, she's done with that project because she just switched back to red, the Daily Mail
reports. It also has photos of the star rocking her new 'do and we'd have to agree: red does suit her better.
“When Lindsay Lohan wrapped the project on Monday, one of the first things she did was to ditch the black hair she had been sporting for the role and go back to her trademark red locks,” the British tabloid writes.
“The actress, who celebrated her 26th birthday yesterday, was spotted leaving the hair salon in Los Angeles after five hours in the colorist's chair. But the lengthy salon visit was clearly worth it, as Lindsay looked delighted with her new fiery color,” the Mail further says.
“Tweeting a picture of her new look, Lindsay captioned the shot: 'Red again!' As she headed home from the salon, Lindsay highlighted her newly-red hair by slicking on some red lipstick,” adds the same media outlet.
Now all we have to do is to wait patiently for “Liz & Dick” to premiere, which should happen sometime this fall.
The film is the first Lindsay has done in years, for which reason it's considered her comeback.
Useless to say, there are many who wish her well but, at the same time, plenty others who think she will, without a doubt, fail.
