Lindsay Lohan has finally started the court-ordered, 90-day rehabilitation program at the Betty Ford Clinic. Reports in the media say that she’s already been through the 48-hour detox, but she is not entirely drug-free.

For instance, TMZ notes, she gets to keep her Adderall, which she takes for ADHD.

As some of you might remember, this was one of the two conditions she wanted the rehab facility she picked to meet: Adderall and cigarettes.

For the time being, Lindsay gets to do both.

“She has an Rx and says she's been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Lindsay has made it clear over the last month – she would only go to rehab if she's allowed to take the med,” TMZ writes.

However, her good luck might not last that long, not if Betty Ford doctors have a say in it.

“Sources tell us doctors at Betty Ford are currently evaluating Lindsay's diagnosis and the efficacy of the drug. If doctors disbelieve her diagnosis or the usefulness of Adderall, they will cut her off,” the e-zine reports.

“Adderall is commonly misused by lots of people – especially actresses – who take the drug to suppress their appetite,” adds the same media outlet.

The other day, a lengthy interview with Lindsay, conducted by Piers Morgan, ran in the British media, as we also informed you.

In it, the legally troubled star claimed that we should not believe everything we read about her because it’s mostly lies and exaggerations.

Not that she kept track or anything, but Lohan could swear she only did cocaine 4 or 5 times, and got busted for it twice.

She admitted to trying other drugs as well, mostly weed and ecstasy, but denied having a problem with them or with booze.

Lohan stressed that she only took two prescription drugs, Adderall and tranquilizer Trazodone, both as prescribed by her physician.
