Lindsay Lohan is a blonde no more. Shortly after her successful (in terms of ratings, not of critical reception) Saturday Night Live hosting gig, the star underwent a makeover, unveiling a new look in Beverly Hills the other day.

Fans might have become accustomed to seeing Lindsay as a peroxide blonde, but she's now a redhead again, Us Weekly reports.

It also has a first photo of her with the new 'do, so make sure you check it out before dropping us a line on whether you like her more as a redhead or as a blonde.

“Fresh off her Saturday Night Live hosting gig, the actress, 25, showed off her new dye job in Beverly Hills, California Thursday. Though she's been blonde for years, Lohan has finally returned to her natural red hue,” the celebrity publication says.

The makeover isn't unplanned, Us says.

According to sources close to Lindsay herself, as of late, she's been worrying that she's starting to lose her looks. As such, she thought she might as well up her game for her big comeback into the spotlight.

“The actress has become increasingly concerned about her appearance, multiple insiders tell […] Us,” the mag writes.

“Lindsay is worried about losing her looks. She has a lot riding on this comeback,” an insider is quoted as saying, hinting that the new 'do might be related to said dread of losing her looks.

In other recent Lindsay Lohan-related news, the tabs are saying she “hooked up” for one night with controversial – and much older – fashion photographer Terry Richardson.

Lindsay is now believed to be completely smitten by him, pursuing him in the hope of getting him into a relationship.

A relationship is actually the last thing on Richardson's mind, spies allege. He's now trying to let Lindsay down without breaking her heart completely – and losing her as a friend.
