Lindsay Lohan's Parents Back at War

- The actress' father is re-opening the divorce case against her mother

By: Monica Gaza, Entertainment News Editor

The Lohan family genes are definitely not something any kid should ever inherit – and if any of you ever feels the need to wonder out and ask themselves anything along the lines of "Where does Lindsay get it all from?", here's a suggestion: bookmark this article, and whenever anything LiLo does gets on your nerves and makes you wonder about what might
have caused her erratic behavior, just read it again and all your questions will be answered. Lindsay's ex-jailbird dad Michael Lohan has just announced that he would be re-opening his divorce case against his estranged former wife Dina, on account of her being too busy fame-whoring her children to actually care about their relationship with his side of the family, namely his own parents.

Michael Lohan is apparently annoyed that neither Lindsay nor her siblings bothered to keep in touch with their elderly grandparents and visit them while they were a in critical state in hospital – and apparently, Michael feels his former wife is directly responsible for this. "I gave her the family house, all the furniture and the $200,000 she owed me just so that I could see my kids and have a relationship with them. But after I gave her everything she wanted, she made it hard as hell for me to see my children," he stated to the NY Daily news. "Even though my father is dying and my mother was in a car accident on Easter, my parents still haven't seen my children," he added.

"[Dina] told me, 'It's up to the kids if they want to see their grandparents.' But she's made no effort to put them in touch or make this happen. That is the bottom line. My mother, Marilyn Lohan, was medevacked by helicopter to the hospital on Easter Sunday after hitting a telephone poll and tree. My father went into heart failure again yesterday - and yet not one of the kids has seen him," Lohan also complained. No word on how re-opening a divorce case will force LiLo & co. into going against their selfishly narcissistic selves and seeing their grandparents, but Michael probably knows what he's doing. He's also suing his ex wife over her upcoming reality show, "Living Lohan", which he claims Dina Lohan stole from him. "It's the exact same show I pitched. She even used my title" he says, apparently oblivious that only a few months ago, he had stated that "I am definitely not looking for my own reality show. That's Dina's thing, and I've got my own thing". Case proven!
