Lindsay's Maybe-Lesbian Pal Keeps Her Away from Drugs

Lindsay Lohan could hardly be called "sober" these days, despite the fact that the thrice-rehabbed actress has repeatedly claimed she managed to get her drug and alcohol abuse under control. There is no shortage of "Lindsay Lohan drunken photos" depicting LiLo usually accompanied by a friend making her way out of various clubs in the small hours of the morning bravely putting on her best "sober" face. But never fear – there's someone out there who's got Lindsay's best interest at heart and is not afraid of sticking up for the actress. It has been reported that one of LiLo's closest friends, coke-loving DJ Samantha Ronson, has nearly moved in with her long-suffering friend in order to prevent her from staying off the drugs and booze.

Of course, Samantha Ronson is a bastion of sobriety, and never got herself into any kind of trouble for alcohol or substance abuse... no. It's like that little story about the pot calling the kettle black – and it's pretty much obvious that whatever reasons Samantha Ronson has for moving in with her maybe-lesbian lover friend LiLo, they have absolutely nothing to do with sobriety. If we were to judge by the most recent sightings, these two ladies have in fact been spending a lot of time together recently, almost as much as they used to before Lindsay went in for her rehab stint number three. Let’s not forget, however, that during Lindsay's famous hit and run DUI, the actress was clubbing in Samantha's company, and she was with the DJ in the car when those Memorial Day Weekend drunken photographs of Lindsay were originally shot.

However, the reason for which Mark Ronson's sister "practically moved in" with Lindsay in her Los Angeles home is that she has her younger friend's best interest at heart and doesn't want to see Lindsay succumb to any of her own addictions again. "Sam still has her own place, but she spends every night at Lindsay’s," a source states to Page 6. That, of course, could have nothing to do with the fact that while they are not doing drugs together, LiLo and Sam are also not sleeping together. Of course not. However, when Lohan's next DUI happens, at least we'll know exactly who to blame this time around.
