Lindsay's "Marilyn" Shoot Revisited...

Who knew White Oprah could be so funny?

I have no idea why some people won't give Lindsay Lohan and her (overrated) breasts a well-deserved break. I mean, come on - this girl's decision to bare it all and go (almost) naked in a spread recreating Marilyn Monroe's famous "last sitting" photo shoot with Bert Stern has already brought joy to millions and caused a sensation - as far as I'm concerned, we should all chill and give LiLo some time to soak in all the media attention. Oh, and spend the money she got for allowing the world such a close encounter with her boobs. I mean, she should celebrate getting one step closer to a bright and wealthy future in the adult entertainment industry. Since she daringly decided to finally take the leap from showing a little skin to showing a LOT of skin, the door is now open to spreads in such magazines as Playboy, Penthouse, Hustler... yes, I think you see where this is going by now.

So, as I was saying - I simply can't see why LiLo can't get some much-deserved rest. Just let her go out and buy as many leggings and frumpy spandex dresses as she needs and don't make a big deal out of it. But no, that's not possible. You see, Lindsay's infamous big-mouthed mom (who still thinks that she's some sort of model American

mother or something along those lines) decided she needed to share some wisdom with the world and make it clear that LiLo's naked spread was in no way PORN. You see, it was all art - done for art's sake and not for cold, hard cash. Goodness, no! So she goes on and on about how Lindsay loves Marilyn Monroe and about how she didn't use Marilyn's name and fame to get some free publicity.

"It was very tastefully done. I respect the photographer as an artist, so I look at them artistically. For him to call Lindsay 46 years later and to say can you recreate these photos is an honor. I looked at it as art, and as Lindsay doing a character. So I don't look at them like it's Playboy; she was being a character. So if you look at it that way, you can look at it as a mother. Trust me, I wouldn't have sent my 14-year-old to the set [if the shoot was in bad taste]. And obviously Lindsay wouldn't do anything with her sister there, that was risqu�" Dina "White Oprah" Lohan claims in a statement. I have a feeling Lindsay's younger sister was there to have a look at what her life will be like in about five years' time. You know, like an advanced screening or something along those lines. I know, I'm being mean again, aren't I?

I think this shoot could have been done with more taste and with someone a little classier than Lindsay Lohan. She is covered in freckles with flabby skin and a tattoo on her ass. It would have been a lot better (and realistic) if they got someone like Scarlett Johansson or Charlize Theron.
