Former wife of Hulk Hogan is looking to move on with her life, claims report

Back in 2007, heavily mediated celebrity couple Linda and Hulk Hogan, who seemed to have found the recipe for the perfect marriage, announced they were getting a divorce. Shortly after the announcement, Linda revealed she was dating a then-18-year-old friend of her son, of whom she said he was more than just a “fling.” She may have been right, because they have plans of getting married next year, the National Enquirer writes in the latest print issue (story via here).

Since the bitter split and the harsh media war that followed, both exes have moved on, oddly enough, both with friends of their children. While Hulk has no plans to tie the knot again (or, at least, he hasn’t said so publicly), Linda is looking to move on officially by marrying her boyfriend. The ceremony will reportedly take place on a boat Linda bought with Hulk’s money from the divorce settlement, at a date that will most likely be announced publicly in due time.

“Linda Hogan, 50, is getting hitched to her 21-year-old toyboy lover Charlie Hill, friends of the couple told The Enquirer exclusively. The couple recently became engaged and are planning to wed next summer aboard her new 50-foot yacht, which she named ‘Alimoney.’ The Hulkster has long been upset over his wife’s May-December relationship, but pals say Linda is happier than ever since splitting with her cheating husband,” the Enquirer writes.

As we also reported in April last year, Hulk compared the rage and upset caused by hearing his wife was having an affair with one of Nick’s friends to what O.J. Simpson must have (allegedly) felt when he killed his wife and her friend. He also said that, should he have lost his temper and ended Linda’s life, few could have probably judged him when they learned she’d been spending his money with a boy. As expected, his comments drew countless complaints – and even another lawsuit from Linda, who said she feared for her life because of them.

“I could have turned everything into a crime scene, like OJ, cutting everybody’s throat. You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can’t go to anymore, you’re driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife... I totally understand OJ. I get it,” Hulk said in a Rolling Stone interview.
