Users in China can now reserve a new flavor of the UMi X2 smartphone in the country, namely the Limited Edition 64GB variant, and should be able to do so until April 27, new reports on the matter suggest.

The smartphone is currently up for pre-order at only 1,499 Yuan ($242 / 185 Euro), featuring not only the aforementioned 64GB of internal memory, but also a series of design modifications when compared to the original UMi X2, GizChina reports.

The handset was made available with 2GB of RAM inside, as well as with a 5-inch 1080 display and a 13 megapixel photo snapper on the back, a 2 megapixel front camera for making video calls, and Google’s Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean operating system loaded on top.

Apparently, users have already flocked to reserve the new device flavor, as can be seen on the pre-order page.
