LilyPond 2.17.9 Features Minor Fixes

LilyPond, a music engraving program, devoted to producing the highest-quality sheet music possible by featuring the aesthetics of traditionally engraved music to computer printouts, is now at version 2.17.9.

LilyPond 2.17.9 may be an unstable version, but it's still an important release as it brings a lot of updates and changes.

Highlights of LilyPond 2.17.9:

• A rectification for learning/tweaks regarding Scheme values has been implemented;
• Text and examples have been added to NR 5.4.6 "Using break-visibility" in order to cover the printing of cautionary accidentals following an explicit key change;
• remote-tracking branch 'origin/master' has been merged into the translation;
• "Selective" contextmods have been removed.
