LilyPond 2.17.8 Brings Correct Fret Diagram

LilyPond, a music engraving program, devoted to producing the highest-quality sheet music possible by featuring the aesthetics of traditionally engraved music to computer printouts, is now at version 2.17.8.

LilyPond 2.17.8 may be an unstable version, but it's still an important release as it brings a lot of updates and changes.

Highlights of LilyPond 2.17.8:

• An incorrect chording for fret diagram has been fixed;
• Document usage of “convert-ly - < test.ly” has been fixed;
• The text which said the spaces are required around the . in Lyric overrides has been removed;
• Aliases for note name languages have been included.
