Lily Allen's middle name seems to be “controversy” these days, as the singer can't turn a street corner without causing some sort of uproar.

After blasting her fellow pop stars, the industry, her label and even her own songs, the singer is now seeing her video “Our Time” being banned by MTV during its daytime broadcast.

The singer premiered the video earlier this week and it featured her playing different characters getting drunk on a night out. Most controversially, she can be seen throwing up in her handbag after getting drunk and fighting with another instance of herself dressed as a hot dog.

To prove that MTV was threating with banning her, Allen posted a screen cap of an email she received in which the matter was explained. In it, the broadcast of the video during the day is conditioned by the network on a clean version being made, with all the anti-social behavior removed. The singer would hear nothing of it.

“Our Time” is the third release for Lily's newest album named “Sheezus,” in honor of Kanye West's hit album “Yeezus.” The album has yet to be released, but the song is already available for download now. The video is also out for your viewing pleasure.
