Rapper Lil Wayne has been rushed to the hospital again. Reports online indicate that he’s been having seizures again and had to be taken for a medical checkup ASAP. Further details are not available at this time.

TMZ reports that the controversial rapper had another episode on the set of his new music video, and was immediately taken to the hospital. He is believed to be under observation still, but out of the hospital.

As with the first time he was hospitalized for seizures, back in October 2012, neither the rapper nor his publicist is saying anything on the topic.

“Lil Wayne was hospitalized this week in LA following what appeared to be multiple seizures,” TMZ writes.

“Sources close to the rapper tell us, Wayne suffered the seizures Tuesday night after shooting a music video in LA and was subsequently taken to Cedars-Sinai hospital,” adds the same media outlet.

“Weezy was released several hours later, early Wednesday morning. We're told he's doing much better now,” TMZ continues.

Back in October, as we also reported at the time, the rapper had two separate seizures on two separate flights, forcing the pilot of his private jet to make an emergency landing.

Lil Wayne was put on anti-seizure medication but, as his recent health scare indicates, it seems it wasn’t enough.

After the first two episodes, Wayne refused to appear in court in an ongoing lawsuit he’d filed against Quincy Jones over a documentary they worked on, together initially.

His attorney told the judge that he would no longer be flying until his health could permit it, hence his absence in court. The judge didn’t really buy it, since Wayne was still traveling here and there on business.

There are still no clues as to what is causing these seizures, or Wayne’s exact state of health, but rest assured that you will find more about it here, once further details are made public.
