Star designs her own milkshake, fails to impress with it

Though she would not confirm it in a million years, Lil’ Kim must be doing something to her face, word on the blogosphere has it, otherwise no one could explain why she seems to look different from one public appearance to another. The other day, the star showed up at Millions of Milkshakes, where she designed her own milkshake, called Queen Honey Bee, HipAndHop says.

However, though the milkshake does look beyond delicious, especially knowing it’s made with nutella, bananas and raspberry, it’s not that that got all celebrity bloggers talking. Ever since the set of photos taken on the occasion have gone online, people seem to be displaying an almost sick fascination with Lil’ Kim’s face and how it seems to be constantly changing.

The aforementioned blog even cracks a joke about how Kim must be seeing Michael Jackson’s blind plastic surgeon, judging by the all too obvious cheek implants and the almost similar nose. Other bloggers, somewhat more delicate, only point that Kim brought her “best face” to the event, complete with caked up makeup and a bondage dress that put her curvy figure in the most advantageous light. Again, Kim has never talked about getting surgery to the face – but that’s not to say she hasn’t had any intervention.

However, if Lil’ Kim won’t own up to getting plastic surgery, even when it’s this obvious, it is somewhat relieving to see that not all female stars feel pressured into looking a certain way. Former “Baywatch” babe Pamela Anderson, for instance, admitted in a recent interview to never getting Botox injected to her face, while underlining her determination not to have any invasive surgical procedure done either. She’s rather have wrinkles than end up looking plastic, she said.

“I haven’t done Botox. I don’t like all that facial stuff. It scares me. You see these people who have had it, and they all look the same. I just don’t think I should go that way, especially at 43. I think I should just age. I’ve never been the prettiest person, and I don’t feel I need to chase youth. No [I’m not afraid of sun damage]. The sun feels great. I don’t put a lot of effort into myself with beauty products and haircare. I haven’t had a facial for a while. I like to be natural,” were Pamela’s exact words. Somehow, it becomes painfully obvious not the same can be said about Lil’ Kim.
