14 DAY TRIAL // Square Enix has just released a new video for their upcoming role-playing game Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, revealing Lightning wearing another popular character's outfit.
Since Tomb Raider protagonist Lara Croft's gear is already battle-tested, it only makes sense for Lightning to adopt it, considering what's waiting for her ahead.
The costume includes the Tomb Raider outfit, Survivor's Axe and Riot Shield, and will be available when the game launches.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will bring the conclusion to the Final Fantasy XIII mini-series, closing all the story arcs and laying everything to rest.
A playable demo of the upcoming game is already available on both Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is scheduled to release for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, on February 11 in North America and February 14 in Europe. The game is already out in Japan, since November 2013.
