Ever wanted to water your plants at night?

Taking care of your garden during the night is definitely one thing we were not acquainted to very well. Now, if you happen to be the owner of a green house with lighting, gardening at 3 AM is definitely not a problem, even though it's most likely that you have some sort of sleep disorder. However, if you're late at home and remember about your garden after dusk, your options are rather limited – you either see to your sleep and leave watering the plants for the next day, or grab your hose and a flashlight and try not to trample your tulips while looking for a safe path to the other end of the garden.

[ADMARk=1]The Lighted Garden Nozzle comes in as a surprise gadget, as it brings the two things you need (light and water) in one single piece that will make your gardening at night a lot easier and, why not, safer.

We're talking about a sprinkler nozzle like most of the other similar tools out there, but one that has been endowed with a LED light in its center. This gadget comes in the same old shape of an universal-fit water pistol grip spray that can be attached to your existing hose. The difference between your old sprinkler and the Lighted Garden Nozzle is that the latter has a special (and hopefully watertight) compartment in the grip, capable of accommodating 2 AA batteries that power up the small LED flashlight in the center of the perforated disc.

You can refer to it as a garden rain spray with a LED flashlight or as a flashlight with gardening capabilities, though we'd most likely go for the first one. Using the Lighted Garden Nozzle will also free your other hand, since you no longer have to carry a light source, and will let you use it to prune your plants or use any garden tools, as necessary. Despite its funny (and almost hilarious) look, the device might prove to be one of the coolest gadgets in your garden. Moreover, for $12.49 only, this one will surely be worth every penny.

We are just a few, but there are many of you, Softpedia users, out there. That's why we thought it would be a good idea to create an email address for you to help us a little in finding gadgets we missed. Interesting links are bound to be posted with recognition going mainly to those who submit. The address is .
