Liferea 1.10 RC1 Adds Google Plus Functionality

Liferea, a free news aggregator capable to store articles for offline reading and with full synchronization with Google Reader and TinyTinyRSS, is now at version 1.10 RC1.

Liferea 1.10 RC1 is a minor release in the development branch and it features a few changes and updates.

Highlights of Liferea 1.10 RC1:

• The application has migrated to GSettings;
• The .desktop category has been changed to News;Feed;
• Slider and time display have been added to media player plugin;
• Google Plus has been added to social bookmarking options;
• A deprecated g_thread_init() call has been removed;
• A missing -a option has been added to manpage.
