The Document Foundation has just released a new version of its popular LibreOffice suite, providing Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X users with new features and performance improvements.
LibreOffice 4.0.4.1 comes with a long list of revisions, some of which are supposed to fix bugs affecting the editing and the file saving options. Printing and file exporting settings have also been improved.
In addition, the new build updates some dictionaries and improves spell checkers for specific languages, including Lithuanian.
Of course, the new release is also supposed to address issues causing crashes, so LibreOffice 4.0.4.1 is expected to provide a much better overall experience. The user interface has also received minor improvements here and there, so display issues on specific platforms should no longer exist.
