LibreOffice, a free power-packed open source personal productivity suite that provides users with six feature-rich applications for all your document production and data processing needs (Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, Math and Base) is now at version 3.5.4 RC2.

When a Release Candidate for LibreOffice is made available it usually means that the final version is not too far ahead. LibreOffice 3.5.4 RC2 brings just a few bug fixes, such as:

· An error message when deleting pages is no longer displayed; · Recent Documents feature is now working properly; · “Find” toolbar caused Writer, Calc, and Impress, to stop responding, this is now fixed; · Users can now insert JPEG type files; · Styles and Formatting menu no longer crashes LibreOffice on Fluxbox.

Download LibreOffice 3.5.4 RC2 right now from Softpedia. Remember that this is a development release and it should NOT be installed on production machines. It is intended to be used for testing purposes only.
