Lian Li has apparently made a habit out of announcing new and innovative compact desktop PC cases based on the mini-ITX form factor, the recently announced PC-Q15 being the latest to join the party.

According to Lian Li, this chassis was designed as a data storage center for the numerous hi-tech mobile devices of the modern mobile consumer.

Despite its small size, the PC-Q15 still boasts a rather impressive list of features, including support for graphics cards measuring up to 250mm (roughly 9.84 inches) in length, as well as a 120mm front mounted intake fan.

All the air that enters the chassis is then expelled by the fan found inside the power supply unit, as well as through a series of vents and exhaust ports.

As far as data storage is concerned, the PC-Q15 uses every bit of space available to support a 5.25-inch optical drive, a single hot-swappable 3.5-inch HDD, and no less than three 2.5-inch storage devices.

The forward facing 5.25-inch drive bay is situated in the top of the chassis, with the 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch drive bays hanging below it.

All the hardware housed inside Lian Li’s latest creation draws its power from the included 300W PSU, which is 80PLUS certified.

Other features include dual front-panel USB 3.0 ports, washable air filters, a pre-routed USB motherboard cable, and support for coolers with a height of up to 90 mm (3.54 inches). The chassis weighs 3.3Kg (about 7.27 pounds).

As to be expected from Lian Li, the PC-Q15 is completely constructed from aluminum, and features pop-off panels for easy access to your system.

The mini-ITX Lian Li PC-Q15 will be available in the US and Canada at the end of May in silver and back, and will carry a suggested retail price of US$179 / €179.
