The company has just introduced a new desktop computer chassis, part of its Mini Tower series. The new casing has been specifically designed to provide support for computer systems built on Mini-ITX desktop platforms, reducing the necessary space required by a traditional high-end desktop PC.
The new Lian-LI PC-Q07 Mini-ITX chassis sports a black hairline-brushed all aluminum design, enabling support for traditional full-sized hardware components, which can be installed in a smaller form-factor desktop PC. The solution is said to allow the user to save money, while also taking advantage of the performance capabilities of a fully-fledged desktop PC.
The chassis has been designed to benefit from a passive cooling solution and boasts a reversible PSU bracket, enabling the user to arrange the power supply unit any way he sees fit. Additionally, the casing offers support for one 5.25-inch optical drive bay, one 3.5-inch HDD bay and one 1 x 2.5-inch HDD bay. These will allow the user to take advantage of both a high-capacity HDD solution, but also a high-performance SSD product.
