LiLo Broke For Real?

The list of LiLo's expenses came out - and it adds up to $7 million!

LiLo may be clean and back with a vengeance, but her reasons for being so keen on work and on coming back to Los Angeles may be much more materialistic than romantic. It seems that the crazy lifestyle and her drug and alcohol addictions have in fact proven to be much more costly than we originally imagined. And recently, some concrete numbers came to light and anyone interested can see just how ridiculously expensive Lindsay's lifestyle has been over the past months.

In fact, rumor has it that Lohan has managed to spend $7 million in just a few months - and as a result, when she returns to Los Angeles next week to shoot her new movie, she'll be staying in a friend's guest house because she can't afford to stay in a hotel. In fact, staying with a friend may not be such a bad idea after all, seeing how - a source claims - she spent $1 million on just one hotel bill - and that's not the whole story.

"Lindsay doesn't have much choice as she is totally broke. The only reason she's coming back to LA, is to earn some money fast. She still thinks nothing of blowing thousands of dollars on a single night of partying. And the amount she has wasted putting cocaine up her nose is disgusting. Even she has lost count", says a source, who also claims that LiLo also spent almost $1 million on chauffeurs, $1 million on clothes, $350,000 on cars, $70,000 on tanning, $500,000 on partying alone and $137,000 on rehab.

The actress is also said to be selling off her homes in Los Angeles and Manhattan - but if she hasn't gotten her drug addiction under control, it won't be long until she is penniless again and all that money will be gone. It's good to see Lindsay moving on with her life (she apparently wants to buy a house in Utah close to the rehab center she attended so that she can easily have access to outpatient treatment). It's also shocking to see she's blown all her money on...well, virtually nothing.

And so, let's hope LiLo will not be back doing what she does best (hard partying, drugs and spending money) anytime soon and will be able to pull herself together enough to earn more money soon without staging more "candid" photo shoots and exploiting her personal life any further. Call me na�ve - and maybe I am, but I promise - if she screws up, I'll never rush to give her the benefit of the doubt again.
