Levi Johnston, who famously fathered a son to Bristol Palin, Sarah Palin's daughter, and is now being accused of being a deadbeat dad, is expecting another child with his girlfriend Sunny Oglesby. In the interview below, they offer more details on the surprise pregnancy.

And it was just that, they reveal, in the sense that they did not plan or expect to be starting a family already.

“There was a time we went to the cabin and forgot the birth control pills and, you know, about a month later we found out we were having a baby,” Levi says for The Insider, as the video below will confirm.

Even so, they were and still are very happy at the thought they'll be a family really soon.

Asked about whether he's a deadbeat dad, as Bristol is making him out to be in the press, Levi strongly denies the accusations.

At the same time, he stresses, he doesn't feel like a father to Tripp, but that's not his fault.

“I love Tripp more than anything and he is my son but I don’t feel like a dad to him. Not by choice…hopefully one day I can be,” he says.

Sunny chimes in: contrary to reports circulated in the press for years, Levi is not a bad person and the only reason he doesn't play a bigger part in Tripp's life is because he's not being allowed to, no matter how hard he tries.

“I’m tired of people thinking that my boyfriend’s a bad father especially now that I’m having his baby. I don’t want people thinking that about him,” Sunny says.

“It's really sad that [The Palins have] put that image out for him cause I mean everyone’s gonna believe them because they’re more famous… you know it’s Sarah Palin and she has a lot of fans so everyone believes that and Levi really doesn’t have a chance against them,” she adds.

In the same interview, Levi and Sunny say they're planning to get married, though they haven't talked about it yet, because he hasn't even proposed.

They also want more kids, perhaps a daughter and a son, and Levi insists Sunny is the perfect woman because she hunts, she fishes, she cooks, she cleans and she's good with children because she's a teacher.
