14 DAY TRIAL // At this year’s edition of the Teen Choice Awards, Sandra Bullock was a surprise guest, avoiding the red carpet but still causing waves with her presence. Levi Johnston too tried to bask in her spotlight.
Levi is sensing that his time in the limelight is almost over (to avoid the well-known and cliché phrase of how his 15 minutes are up), so he’s trying everything to make himself noticed in the media, says PopEater.
This way, he came to believe that if he could only ingratiate himself with Sandra Bullock, and perhaps have his picture taken with her too, he’d be set for a few days of non-stop media attention.
As is usually the case with plans made ahead, this too backfired: not only did Sandra not want Levi anywhere near him, but she also did everything in her power to avoid him during the awards ceremony, spies dish for the e-zine.
This didn’t offend Levi, though, since he must already be accustomed by now to be given the cold shoulder, so he just focused instead on other stars that he could have his pic taken.
“All night long Levi was trying to get close to Sandra. He desperately wanted to get his picture taken with Sandra hoping it would show up on the cover of a magazine or at least be able to meet her in person and give America’s sweetheart his phone number. Sandra was having none of it, telling everyone, ‘Get him away from me’,” an insider dishes for the e-zine.
When he finally realized that he stood exactly zero chances of getting to meet and chat with Bullock, dubbed by the media as America’s sweetheart, Levi focused his attention on other 3 or 4 female celebrities – and again failed repeatedly.
“Levi’s 15 minutes are definitely up but it seems no one has told him that yet. After what he did to Bristol recently he has gone from being a bad joke to just a bad guy. No one wants to be seen hanging out with him, and leaving everyone to scratch their heads asking how he actually got invited to Teen Choice to begin with,” another insider says for the same publication.
For the record, Levi neither crashed the awards nor did he come alone. He was the “plus one” of singer Brittani Senser, who should read into the above report a clear message that her career is better off away from “the Alaskan Romeo,” PopEater warns.
