Gameloft has announced the release of "Guitar Legend: Get on Stage!". This is the first guitar simulation video game developed for mobile phones until now.

Playing guitar on the personal handset is one thing that few people have ever dreamed of doing until now. Gameloft makes this possible for the passionate guitar players and for the regular phone owners too. The simulation game has been launched at an international scale for all rock fans to enjoy.

The greatest thing about "Guitar Legend: Get on Stage!" is that almost anyone can use it. Players need no real guitar playing skills, but just some high focus and some dexterity. All that they have to do is manage to press the right keys at the right moment, according to the according pipes. The simulation follows the concept of the "Guitar Hero" PC game and has high chances of reaching the same amount of success in the mobile version too.

"After testing the game on over 1,000 different kinds of mobile phones, we are confident consumers will enjoy the experience", considers Gonzague de Vallois, Gameloft's Vice President of Publishing. For this to be possible, "Our talented team of sound designers worked very hard to make sure the music featured in this game sounds flawless", he concluded.

"Guitar Legend: Get on Stage!" includes some of the most popular rock songs for the player to develop his skills on. There are classics such as "Smoke on the Water" and "Message in a Bottle", as well as recent hits like "Banquet".

There will be more than 50 rock star mode levels to experience and offer the rock start feeling to the player. "Guitar Legend: Get on Stage!" will make the challenge of becoming a successful rock star available on a large number of handsets starting with the 1st of August.
