Some more baby drama on the way - too bad we don't know who the daddy is yet

Looks like the women in the Spears household have been busy little bees this Christmas. Not only has Brit Brit brought her nipples and her crazy self out to play, but some real-life drama has been going on in the other Spears corner - and since Christmas is over and I'm in a generous mood, I'll give you all the goods on lil' sis Jamie Lynn and her spectacular pregnancy. I know you're all probably sick and tired of debates about how a 16 year-old managed to get herself knocked up and what should be done about it - not that it's a pointless topic, but so much has been said about it over the past week that I'm beginning to find it tiresome. Well, for people like me - and for everybody who needs a little dash of spicy gossip - here it is.

Jamie Lynn Spears has been a bad, bad girl this Christmas. And apart from not getting any toys, she's also getting a pretty bad name in the media right about now - because (inevitably) rumors have surfaced about her alleged boyfriend Casey Aldridge NOT being the father of the baby she's expecting. In fact, Star magazine claims that the baby daddy in question is a much older executive from the TV show "Zoey 101" in which Jamie Lynn has been acting since she was 13. "Casey is being paid off to be the family's fall guy while the real father remains unidentified" it is claimed. The real reason for this is apparently the fact that if it were proved that Jamie Lynn has had sex with an older man, he could face being charged with statutory rape.

"Conveniently, Casey falls under the bar [Louisiana law states that a 16-year-old can legally have sex with someone less than two years older than her] by just 26 days. The man many suspect is the father, however, would face charges and probably prison time if he were to come forward and admit he had sex with her" Star magazine adds, and then quotes two alleged close family sources who both express doubts about Casey being the father of Jamie Lynn Spears' baby. "In Hollywood, little girls grow up fast, and she is no exception. With everything that has gone on in her family, she needed someone to look up to. But the man she found seems to have completely taken advantage of her" says one such family friend.

Another family source also adds that "some of us have doubts as to the legitimacy of the claim that Casey is the father. Before the news of the pregnancy, how often did you see them together? Jamie Lynn has dated Casey on and off over the past two years. But it was not steady. In fact, she was looking to date Kevin Federline's brother about a year ago. Jamie Lynn went through a time of partying, and Casey was just a part of that". Yes, well, what did I tell you? It all keeps getting better and better. Like one of my friends was saying, we haven't seen the end of this whole mess. In fact, it only just began - so make sure to stay tuned and keep your eyes on this space fore more hot updates!
