Leshcat has just outed a new graphics package, namely the Catalyst 14.4 WHQL UnifL v2.1, which includes the same major changelog as the previous Leshcat AMD UnifL Catalyst Graphics Driver 14.4 v2.0 release.

Specifically speaking, this build includes AMD’s Catalyst graphics driver version 14.4 (14.100.0.0000), as well as Intel’s 8.15.10.2993 legacy display driver and the 9.17.10.3517 and 10.18.10.3621 modern graphics packages.

In addition to that, just like its previous releases, this update contains the 7.12.0.7718, 8.0.0.8815, and 9.0.0.9905 AMD HDMI audio files compatible with Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 operating systems.

As for the minor changelog, the producer managed to implement the configuration changes gathered from processing the “Disaster Report Form” until today (regarding a black screen issue spotted on AMD’s 5, 6, 7, and 8 series cards), and modified settings for all Intel generations.

If you intend to apply this release, you should know that it is compatible only with the 64-bit variant of Microsoft’s Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 platforms. Even though other OSes might be suitable, they have not been tested to ensure a long-term stability, therefore, make sure you stick with the recommended ones.

That being said, download Leshcat AMD UnifL Catalyst Graphics Driver 14.4 v2.1 64-bit, apply it on your system, and perform a reboot to make sure that all changes take effect properly.
