Leopard Screenshots?

Like every year when Apple is about to unveil a new version of its OS, the rumors and
screenshots of it are plentiful and often questionable.

Such is the case of two screenshots posted on the "Trinity Rubicon" blog, and described as "Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard screenshots."
Interestingly enough, they have been given names such as "Finder & Internet Explorer" and "Desktop Switcher," in order to give more meaning to what could otherwise be very abstract screenshots for most people.

The two screenshots can be found here.

The discussion regarding these screenshots has been quite intense, and it can be found on the "Trinity Rubicon" blog, and on many other Mac sites that have picked up on these screenshots.

Many people are labeling these screenshots as being fake, while others are saying they could very well not be. So far none of the arguments put forth have been definitive and the authenticity of the images is still being contested, however, even if fake, these screenshots seem very well researched and contain a lot of elements that people are expecting to see in Leopard.

Perhaps the most interesting element in these screenshots is the Internet Explorer, which would have to be the Windows version as the Mac one has been discontinued for some time now. If this is real, then Leopard will be able to handle Windows applications in the same way as Classic applications were originally handled.
