Chinese company Lenovo has just unveiled two new Android smartphones in China, the Vibe X S960 and Vibe Z K910. Both are aimed at youngsters, though we can’t really say they come for cheap.

AndroidOS reports that both Vibe smartphones have been confirmed for release in other countries as well, including India and Philippines.

According to Lenovo, the Vibe X S960 will be released in China on October 20 and customers will be able to purchase it for no less than 2,889 yuan outright, which is about $470 or €350.

No details on Vibe Z K910’s availability and pricing options have been unveiled yet, but we suspect that the device will go on sale around the same time frame. Stay tuned for more updates on this.

Specs-wise, both Lenovo handsets are pretty impressive, hence the not-so-cheap price tag. Lenovo Vibe X S960 ships with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and packs a powerful 1.5 GHz quad-core MediaTek processor.

Aside from the powerful processor, the Vibe X S960 features 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD memory card.

The handset boasts an impressive 13-megapixel main camera with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording, as well as a secondary 5-megapixel front-facing camera. NFC (Near Field Communication), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS are included as well.

Lenovo Vibe Z K910 will also ship with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean platform onboard and a more powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core CPU. It also sports a larger 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that support full HD (1080p) resolution and 2GB of RAM.

It comes packed with a similar 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 64GB). It is also worth mentioning that it features a full metal body, which might increase its price.
