To arrive at CES 2012 with an Intel Atom N2600 CPU

Now that Intel has started shipping the Cedar Trail Atom platform, notebook makers have begun to tout their next year’s gadgets sporting these chips, including Lenovo which presented the Ideapad S110.

The mini-notebook, as Lenovo likes to call its new contraption, will be available in four fabulous colors and on the inside it sports Intel’s Atom N2600 processor as well as 1GB of RAM and a 320GB hard drive.

There’s also a 10.1-inch HD display packed in there together with a 98-percent full-size chicklet keyboard, an optional 2 megapixel webcam and 3G modem, and USB 3.0 connectivity.

All these definitely sound good, but we would still go for the AMD Fusion version of this thing if one was available.

We’re expecting for Lenovo to announce the Ideapad S110 at CES 2012, but for those of you not wanting to wait any longer ProVantage has it up for pre-order at $321.62 (248.5 EUR). Thanks go out to engadget for spotting this.
