The company has decided that it's just not worth pushing forward

Due to a combination of Windows RT's failure to impress, and low consumer demand (which is really mostly owed to the former anyway), Lenovo has decided to cut its losses.

According to ComputerWorld, Lenovo, the world's premier supplier of personal computers, has decided to discontinue to IdeaPad Yoga 11.

For those who don't recognize it, IdeaPad Yoga is a series of laptops that can turn to and from a tablet form factor easily.

The Yoga 11 was among the first to come out and, now, it is among the first to go.

Lenovo is actually the second company to scrap Windows RT products this way.

I can't exactly say I'm surprised though, given the low sales, in spite of the more than decent Tegra 3 SoC. The OS either doesn't measure up to or came too late after Android and Apple's iOS.
