Looks like Lenovo is going to join the Ultrabook fleet, even if not from the first boat, according to what reports are saying on the web.

Based on the same source that told us Lenovo was preparing an Android-Windows laptop, the company is making some Ultrabooks as well.

Unfortunately, there's no evidence that Lenovo has had any luck in solving the price issue, quite the contrary actually.

The 13-inch and 14-inch devices will cost about $1,300 (945 Euro) and $800 (581 Euro), respectively, when they start shipping in May, 2011.

Nothing else was said about them, so feel free to start speculating if these super-thin machines are your thing.

Then again, they haven't really charmed many people yet. Go here to read how Ultrabooks aren't very ultra yet because of their cost.
