Lenovo seems to have also eyed the budget tablet customers. And with good reason. As a Gartner study claimed recently, these days consumers are interested to purchase more affordable slates.

The PC maker has made available three wallet-friendly slates, which can be currently ordered off its official webshop. These are the A3000, A1000 and S6000.

The first model comes sporting a 7-inch LCD IPS display with a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution. The tablet's life force comes from an MTK 8125 1.2GHz quad processor coupled with 1GB RAM. The microSD card can provide up to 64GB of memory. Android 4.2 Jelly Bean is the pre-installed operating system.

Following up, the A1000 features pretty similar specs as the tablet outlined above, but there's one notable difference. Internal memory can be increased to just 32GB.

Last but not least, we have the most advanced model of the three. The S6000 features a 10.1-inch LCD IPS display with a resolution 1280 x 800. Under the bonnet, we find an MTK 8125 Quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 with 1GB of RAM. Two cameras are present, a 5-megapixel rear one and a second front VGA one. 3G support is also provided.

All three tablets sport attractive feats and the price range at which they are offered is really accessible. The A1000 can be purchased for $164 / €121 , the A3000 for $229 / €169 while the S6000 comes at $329 / €244.
