The development team working on Lego City: Undercover delivers another trailer for the upcoming game, designed to show how it will use the new GamePad controller of the Wii U.

The feature introduction is done using a new character called Ellie Phillips, who runs the requisition and evidence desk inside the Police Department in Lego City: Undercover.

The GamePad, with its unique touch screen, will be used as a phone that allows the player to contact a list of NPCs and list his goals but it can also be used as a tool to access some areas and to interact with the game world.

Lego City: Undercover is launching exclusively on the Wii U home console from Nintendo and will be available on March 18 in North America and March 28 in the rest of the world.
