The upcoming re-release of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D will see two new features added to the game, with Nintendo and the developer of the remake, Grezzo, announcing that a special Boss Rush mode as well as a Super Guide option are going to appear in the new title.

Nintendo is getting ready to launch its popular franchises onto the Nintendo 3DS, with The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D being one of the most important upcoming titles for the brand new portable console.

We already heard that Ocarina of Time 3D will be bringing, alongside its regular story campaign, the special Master Quest mode, which will add more difficult enemies, changed dungeon layouts and harder puzzles.

Now, Nintendo has also revealed to CVG that other goodies will make their way onto the 3DS cartridge of Ocarina of Time 3D.

Among them, there will be a Boss Rush mode which allows players to fight against defeated bosses again, and even engage them one after another as part of an ongoing battle.

What's more, just like other recent Nintendo games, including New Super Mario Bros. Wii or Donkey Kong Country Returns, Ocarina of Time 3D will have a special Super Guide option.

In case you're not familiar with the feature, after failed attempts from players at overcoming certain obstacles or puzzles, the game will offer to give you hints or summon an AI-controlled character that will show players just what they need to do.

In Ocarina of Time, "players not so familiar to the Legend of Zelda series can also get a helping hand through bite sized videos available in-game, which will provide hints on how to solve puzzles encountered during your journey."

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D will be available exclusively for the 3DS console on June 17, in Europe, and on June 19, in North America.
