We're living in a fully expanding MMO era, a free MMO era, to be more specific. Legend: Legacy of the Dragons is the latest title to join the family and it comes from Waygate Publishing, a London based company specializing in the operation of Eastern European online games for the Western market. If you think this name sounds a little familiar, it is indeed very possible that you've heard it, since it already exists in Russia.
The game features some very detailed visuals and a fully animated combat system and it comes with some low system requirements, just like any browser based game should. Legend: Legacy of the Dragons lets the
player choose from one of two rival races, the Magmars or the Humans who fight an endless war in the world of Faeo. This MMORPG supports common gameplay features to the genre but, they say, unique to browser based games.
"Among other things, Legend's fully realized combat system and casual requirements have helped it to enjoy incredible success in Russia, and that's why we've worked so hard to translate and launch the game from the UK," said Sergei Senin, Managing Director of Waygate Publishing.
Among the game features, we have detailed and customizable character models, PvE, PvP & Huge group battles, in addition to the classic "fight against AI enemies" mode. Also, these huge group battles will allow players to fight side by side anywhere within the game world and even to lead small armies, if they are good enough. And if you are a person who likes numbers, you should know that Legend has over 250 quests for you to solve (which means over 450,000 words, so you'd better like to do some reading!) and offers a variety of professions, from healers to sorcerers (and many in between).
Also, this game is absolutely free to play but if you want to be one of the best, you'd probably have to invest some money in it, too, since in-game sales are present.
