Determined not to be made an example of anymore, a while back, Lindsay Lohan filed a lawsuit against rapper Pitbull, claiming he owed her money for using her name in “Give Me Everything.” He's fighting back now.

As we also informed you at the time, Pitbull name-drops Lindsay Lohan in just one verse.

Because it's not for something she's proud of (“I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan,” Pitbull sings), she wants him to pay her for the right to use her name without permission, so she's filed a lawsuit against him.

The rapper is now using her 4.5-hour recent stint in jail to prove she's a liar, TMZ has learned. He's also filed papers in court against her.

“Lohan filed the original suit in NY State Court, stating she was a resident of Nassau County – but Pit is calling B.S., claiming she's been living in California since 2004 and 'given her frequent legal troubles, Ms. Lohan possesses irrevocable ties to California that are likely to keep her there for the foreseeable future',” the e-zine writes.

In other words, Pitbull wants the trial moved to California but he's making his point by dragging Lohan through the mud.

In the process, he's ruining her credibility, or whatever is now left of it.

“Then, Pit spells out why she's full of crap noting every, single one of her legal problems in California, including her multiple stints in the slammer, the house arrest, her problems at the Downtown Women's Center and all of the community service she's required to complete in the Golden State in the near future,” TMZ further writes.

“Thus, in light of Ms. Lohan's continuing obligations to the State of California, as well as the foregoing facts, Ms. Lohan is a citizen of California, not New York,” the rapper writes, as cited by the aforementioned media outlet.

Because of all the above, Pitbull wants the trial to be transferred to a federal court, because he believes he has better chances at taking Lohan down by dismantling the claims she made in her own lawsuit.
