Gamers can be pretty sad people, especially if their favorite character dies while playing Final Fantasy, the hunt for items is going bad in WoW and Mario keeps failing to complete the level. This can surely chase the smile off the players' faces, but now, Nintendo comes to the rescue with the new DS "Face Training" title.

The game was released in Japan for now and comes with a digital camera. "Face Training" fits the dual-screen perfectly and thanks to the cam, you'll be able to see your own face live on the right screen. On the left screen, the player will see an animation showing a woman's face, that teaches you how to perform certain exercises in order to have nicer smiles.

"Face Training" includes 16 types of exercises, called "Facening" and this is more than a game, since beauty expert Fumiko Inudo was part of the development team. Each of the above-mentioned exercises take about 10 minutes to complete, but Nintendo advises the gamers to only play about 15 minutes per day. By doing so, you'll have a lovely facial expression, even if your Xbox is on fire, your PS3's HDD is dead and your Wiimote's batteries are dead.

For now, Nintendo should be the ones smiling, because the famous Wii console has almost surpassed the Xbox 360, when it comes to the sales figures. It's pointless to talk about Nintendo's portable consoles' sales as well, because we all know they're the top of the pop for now, with the only threat coming from the new slimmer PSP. In the meantime, learning how to smile has become a must these days, when so many games get postponed, while the hype increases and we start having a headache. Do you have a curing game for that too, Nintendo?
