South Korean mobile phone maker LG Electronics is getting ready for the launch of a new flagship Android-based handset later this year, namely the LG G2, and a new photo with the smartphone is now available for your viewing pleasure.

What users won’t see on the side of the device includes volume buttons, as they are placed on the back, just beneath the camera.

However, one can still make an idea of the thickness of the mobile phone courtesy of the photo above, which emerged online over at techtastic.org.

The rumored specs of LG G2 include a 5.2 inch full HD (1080 x 1920) screen, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB of RAM, and an Adreno 330 GPU.

Furthermore, the Android-based device will pack a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back and LTE-Advanced technology inside.
