Looks good, but how long will we wait for it?

Some images of the Samsung SGH-i570 handset have appeared over the Internet lately offering a glimpse on what we should expect. The interesting thing about the handset is that it works on Symbian 9.1.

Samsung's style shows up perfectly even in the smartphones that they design. Unlike other producers, this one adds style even to the QWERTY keypad which makes other similar devices look bulky and quite difficult to handle. The Korean producer, on the other hand, combines the high performances of such evolved devices with the stylish slider form that he loves so much to use in the case of their regular phones too.

Samsung SGH-i570 looks highly similar to the Samsung SGH-i620 when it comes to design, although it has several differences. Its sizes are almost incredible when it comes to smartphones, as this device comes at 96 x 60 x 16 mm in size and only 123 grams in weight. That is more than in the case of the i620 model, although for a slider phone capable of these performances, Samsung SGH-i570 turns out to be highly compact and comfortable for use.

The phone also comes equipped with a 2 megapixel camera, meant to provide captures of average quality. The display screen is capable of supporting a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels, which will make image and video display very good on it. The 160 MB of internal data storage space has high chances of proving to be less than enough, which makes the microSD card slot quite useful. Connectivity is also available through Bluetooth 2.0, as most evolved mobile phones include.

Other specifications for this smartphone also include WiFi, HSDPA and EDGE performances, which will bring solutions for a high number of the user's needs for evolved services. No specifications on the date or market where the device will be available have been mentioned until now.
