The X-E1 lacks an optical viewfinder but does feature a pop-up flash and an 18-55 f/2.8-4.0 IOS zoom lens which, unlike the photo and video shooter itself, was announced a while ago but has yet to start shipping.
Unfortunately, that's all we can make out of the leak. The image sensor, storage type and other features will only be revealed when Fujifilm decides to finally release the product.
The ETA has not been mentioned, but with the lens expected to debut this fall, there is a good chance that the X-E1 camera will arrive then as well.
